Elcano entre las calles Gral. Ram\u00f3n Freire y Zapiola, seg\u00fan informaron desde el Gobierno de la Ciudad,\u00a0 los trabajos demorar\u00e1n alrededor de 6 meses.<\/p>\n<p>Hace varios meses que la zona tiene problemas de circulaci\u00f3n por la reducci\u00f3n de calzada en la zona del puente del ferroviario y Elcano en sentido hacia la Av. Cabildo, en el lugar hay una inmensa m\u00e1quina que es utilizada para las obras de entubamiento del arroyo.<\/p>\n<p>El tr\u00e1nsito ser\u00e1 desviado hacia la Av. Los Incas donde se habilitar\u00e1 doble sentido de circulaci\u00f3n entre Freire y la Av. Elcano como sobre la Av.
