La colocaci\u00f3n marc\u00f3 un hito para el distrito al alcanzar una tasa de rendimiento del <strong>7,375%<\/strong>, la cifra m\u00e1s baja obtenida por la Ciudad desde que logr\u00f3 su autonom\u00eda en 1996.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La licitaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Serie 14 del Bono Tango<\/strong>, estructurada bajo ley inglesa, despert\u00f3 un notable inter\u00e9s entre los inversores internacionales. Seg\u00fan informaron fuentes oficiales, se recibieron ofertas por m\u00e1s de <strong>3.000 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, lo que representa seis veces el valor buscado originalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los puntos clave del nuevo t\u00edtulo incluyen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plazo:<\/strong> 10 a\u00f1os, con una vida promedio de 9 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cup\u00f3n de corte:<\/strong> 7,05% anual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intereses:<\/strong> Pagos semestrales en moneda dura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entidades participantes:<\/strong> La operaci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con el respaldo de grandes jugadores de Wall Street como <strong>JP Morgan<\/strong>, <strong>BofA Securities<\/strong>, <strong>Deutsche Bank<\/strong> y <strong>Santander<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivos y contexto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Hacienda y Finanzas, bajo la conducci\u00f3n de <strong>Gustavo Arengo<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el prop\u00f3sito central de esta maniobra es mejorar el perfil de vencimientos de la deuda porte\u00f1a, permitiendo refinanciar pasivos y sostener el plan de infraestructura de la Ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSalimos a buscar 500 millones y nos ofrecieron 3.000 millones. Es una se\u00f1al muy importante para la Ciudad y para la Argentina\u201c, sostuvo <strong>Jorge Macri<\/strong> tras conocerse los resultados. El Jefe de Gobierno vincul\u00f3 este resultado al \u201corden en las cuentas p\u00fablicas\u201c y a un contexto nacional que empieza a mostrar mayor estabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta colocaci\u00f3n se produce en un momento en que otras provincias argentinas como Santa Fe, C\u00f3rdoba y Chubut tambi\u00e9n han recurrido a los mercados internacionales para reorganizar sus compromisos financieros,
